报告内容简介:This research project is designed to examine the impact of physical activity, sleep, and stress on academic performance. Academic performance is used as a proxy variable for cognitive performance and is relevant to evaluating the quality of work in a corporate environment. The study used wireless activity and cardiac trackers to measure the bio-parameters of a group MBA students attending five European and American schools. The results were far from what the research team expected but led to interesting research in the medical field.
